COVID SECURE HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOL
As per government guidelines we have worked with our industry partners and have carried out a thorough risk assessment of our premises and operational practices to ensure we are Covid secure and ready to welcome you back.

Our service is very intimate and personal but we will make every effort to adhere to the social distance policy at all times. Depending on your session type eg: Newborn you may be asked to get more involved and support us during the session such as positioning your baby etc.
As mentioned our service is personal to each individual client and session, and if required we can discuss this with you in detail with a view to implementing a bespoke approach to your visit.
Bookings & Diary management
The studio will continue to run ‘By appointment only’ and we’ll be leaving a sufficient amount of time between appointments to firstly limit any client contact but also to efficiently clean our premises. See Studio Cleaning below
Although this is unlikely due to the time between appointments we ask that upon arrival at the studio that priority is given to anyone that may be descending the stairs and leaving the premises to ensure people don’t pass.
Please arrive promptly and not before your allocated session time.
Face Coverings
You will be required to wear a face covering when attending the studio unless you are exempt. This can be removed for your portraits.
Hand Washing & Sanitisation
Our reception is now equipped with an automatic hand sanitiser dispenser and we ask all visitors to use this on arrival and/or wash their hands for 20 seconds. All staff will be regularly washing their hands and prior to every new appointment.
Studio Cleaning
We are operating a strict cleaning procedure between appointments paying particular attention to touch points and anything that may harbour the virus. All fabrics, chairs and other props will be sanitized between appointments & the studio and viewing lounge will be ventilated thoroughly between appointments to minimise droplets in the air.
Health & Sickness
You are required to make us aware should any household member develop symptoms prior to your appointment. As with all our appointments, these can be changed but we do ask for as much notice as possible. All staff will be monitoring their own health before attending work. Data
All client data is stored in line with our privacy policy. Should we be made aware of a positive case amongst a staff member or client we will use this data to abide by government guidelines with regards to NHS Track and Trace.
